I received an email stating that my chargers were shipped out on 5/16/16. The chargers were not shipped out until 5/23/16 a week later then the date that was stated in my email. Why did it take a week to have it ship from your company.

I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 business days) and its been over 1.5 weeks and I still haven't received the product. Had to go to a local store and purchase another charger since I need it for work. Really disappointed in the customer service so far. How do I return the product if it actually arrives?
