Its a scam company. They are just a website. They work with suppliers that sell fake products. Luxedecor has no authorization to receive returns or apply refunds so don't use them.

So far, I can't say. I do get phone answers and email replies, but my sofa order and payment was 8 months ago. I paid through AMEX in case this is a scam.

Based on no one responding to my emails or providing any information on an order that was almost $6,000.00, and I still don't have everything I ordered, I would rate them as a scam
