I was also frustrated that they kept sending merchandise and charging on my credit card. I called the number listed beside their charge on my credit card bill and asked them to cancel any future shipments. I got one more charge which the person I talked with said was already processed and she couldn't stop. But, at last it ended. If it hadn't, my next step would have been to call my credit card company and direct them to not process any more charges from this company. I agree that calling from Australia would be worth it.

If you're paying with a credit card, cancel it. They will not be able to charge you anymore.

Send a personal email to Jessie Canone, that's what I did, and although earlier they claim that no questions will be asked but again another one of those false claims because he'll definitely asked why and I reminded him of that no questions asked claim during my trial order placement!

I'm not sure what the answer is. I phoned them to tell them I didn't want the stuff they kept sending me and also refused the parcel at the post office. So far I haven't received any more of their products. Calling from Australia would be a real pain - but it just might be worthwhile. Good luck!
