on 5/19/17If you don't get results from one customer service representative, ask to speak to a supervisor. I emailed my question in and had a quick response and exceptional service. Had I not, I certainty would have gone up the chain of command.
You're also the one who broke LLBean with all your returns. Every time the right one broke - maybe it's your foot not the flip flop!
I'm a great buy of LLBeans? I buy there Flip Flops sandles & the right one always breaks
Reason I buy from them the return I can buy them@ a few other place for much cheaper
& that's what I'll have to do I've given LLBEANS my business for over 30 years
I'm like any other American shopper & as I look some where els to shop I know I will save $ but I will still look buy & look els where so many sales the internet & im not a Walmart shopper Well I hope to see LLBeans back with us & yes people we are the ones that built LLBEANS
