My daughter used your website on 4/5 for a cover letter. The website said that it would be active for 9-11 days. She tried cancelling but it did not cancel and now she was charged $40. We would like to cancel and get a refund of the $40

Dont waste your time trying to contact them. I went to my bank and had all future billing refused AND I went to the State Attorney General and reported them.

Did the States Attorney do anything? Rico Act of 1978.

Same here. We did cancel before the 14th day, didn't matter, they refused to refund. We called our bank, cancelled the debit card, filed a dispute, filed a claim with the BBB and the FTC.

I am filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Trade, I suggest anyone else with concerns about this site do so as well. Their primarily based in India though, but we can at least get someone looking at their United States office.

14 days is all you get. If you didnt cancel by the 14th day, the $ 40 becomes an auto renewal and they will keep charging you. Get on the live chat or call them and speak to a human being!
