How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Liberty Mutual?

Terrible. I had 3 representatives within a two month period because they kept leaving the company. And it forced me to have to redo all conversations and added additional weeks to my claim time. When one of the reps would leave, I would get no contact and I had to call only to find out they were gone and they had to assign me a new rep. This process continued 3 times.

The odds of reaching customer service is like getting an Uber to take you to Mars. Absolutely horrendous.

You have 11 seconds to enter information which you may not even have and the system says " when you have the information call us back and hangs
The automated system is the worst. After 11 seconds if you don't enter information which you may not have it says when you have the information call back and hang-up. Unbelievable.
Rude staff.
