I have been completely satisfied with LegalZoom and they have saved me a ton of money. I haven't used them recently, so maybe their customer service has changed. But I had an S Corp, Living Trust, Will done by them. I will use them again very soon.

My answer is simply NO! Run, do not walk, away from Legal Zoom.

Unless you have hours to spend on hold and feel like fighting to get things removed from your bill, don't use legal zoom. I shot a nail into my hand last weekend, if I had the choice between another nail in the hand or another legal zoom llc setup, I would prefer the nail. No joke. Since my legal zoom mess, I started another business and used a lawyer. Quick and painless.

This sight only makes the forms available to you. It will make you fill lot of unnecessary forms and will charge you, it will through many unnecessary questions with legal warnings, and make you complete those forms and go on charging you without your knowledge.

My advice, use a good reputed lawyer or even a good accountant can help you set up your company. Don't even get lured by an an average lawyer throwing cheap rate at you.
Final advice: Use a well reputed lawyer.
