I tried to get reimbursed as well bc this product broke me out all over. They will give you a run around to reimburse you. I've been trying for two days and sent pics etc. they want documentation, doctor notes and you have to pay out of pocket to mail what you have left back and then you might get some of your money back. Ridiculous! Waste of time and money!
