On a site designed to offer constructive criticism, why can Lazada do no better than roll out robotised replies to any complaint or positive feedback.

Fake and damage item. Most item on lazada are refurbished.

Lazada's the shop-front for a lot of different vendors. Most of it's good, but there's some stuff that's overpriced, and there's some stuff that's too cheap, which may mean it isn't very good. Overall though, yes, it's nice.
