Same situation. After 100 mail they send me number for change a send and they get it but after 1,5 year they don't answer, they answer and ask about details, but don't do nothing. They simple stolen my money

8-) Naaa, just trying to be civil and understanding. I do feel that they are a basic supplier of computer parts that require you know what you are buying. I do think if they had 100% communication, I. E. English coherant communication in a complete sence, it would be a much better purchasing experiance. Oh, fault me for being a nice person. About 7 bucks to send back my screen. HP wanted $480 Bucks and laptopz only wanted $125 with shiping and all less the $7 to send it back! AAAGGGHHH! So, considering I now have a laptop with a working screen.(With no bad pixels either) And I do fault my self for ordering the wrong one to begin with yet their site lacks safe guards against that. I can't help but be a bit happy that, hey it all worked out. It's not tigerdirect or newegg or best buy but it did the job and at a fraction of the cost. I'm all for people that are struggling to do better. Through their email I see they are just trying to focus on stream lining to help costs in IMHO. I'm not going to take sides but I was taken care of,... eventualy... Sigh. And that's the honest truth. Sorry if i can't say they are dirty evil rotten duchebags from some filthy dispicable place, I was treated more then fairly IMHO. Just not as I would expected. It's all cost and demand.

Terrible experience, still trying to get the refund. Sounds like a lot of the same, looking to get a refund because it was the wrong item (not by my wrong doing) and I am getting no where. The live chat line just disconnected me (twice) in the middle of a conversation because she/he couldn't respond to my answer, which was me verifying through USPS they received my return. Going on about 8-9 emails with the same response, when we get the item we will refund you, they received it about 2 weeks ago. Need to do your homework on every company you work with anymore.
