on 2/29/16Afraid you won't get any where. Try your retailer for a refund. PayPal and Amazon should help. Establish a complaint with both if that's how you bought it.
I only corresponded with them via email. Like Graham said, escalate it with Paypal/Amazon.
I am still having ongoing issue with them - I expect that i e lost my money and that's it. Please do share if you get anywhere though.
