The $49.95 VIP credit can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions.

If you don't want to get charged, please visit the site between the first and fifth of the month and click "Skip the Month" on the Account Info page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart. You can also find the skipping button if you're on the mobile app, just go to the "My Account" page. We send email reminders on the 1st and 5th of each month, reminding you to skip. You may also set a phone reminder. Apart from skipping online, you can also contact us and we will be glad to skip for you.

You can also earn 25 reward points for every dollar spent, 100 points for sharing your thoughts on any product you've purchased, and 50 more when you upload a photo. If you reach 2500 reward points, you can use them to get $10 off for a $50+ order, 4500 reward points get you $15 off for a $50+ order, and 6000 reward points get you $30 off for a $75+ order. You may visit the Rewards Program page which is located in the drop-down menu next to your shopping cart.

You have to skip it between the 1st & the 5th of the month, NOT before. If you skip before the 1st, you will still be charged!

... you are only charged the 39.99 a month when you sign up for the VIP membership... read the fine print, if you didn't sign up for the VIP program. Then you should be fine. The only reason you get killer prices for shoes on this site is to sign up for it, or you pay full price for the shoes, purses, clothing and what not... like the first person said... if you are smart about this site. It's fine... tho. Those who are screaming scam... you didn't read the disclaimer either... not thier fault if you can't take the time to read over everything...

You only get charged 40 dollars on the 5th of every month. If you chose to skip a month you will not be charged but you have to do it before the 5th of each month if not you will have the 40 taken and credit to your account and you can use the credit whenever! Hope this helps.

You will be charged every month, regardless of whether you purchase something or not. You will not get a refund if you make this mistake - I have waited over a year.

Do not order from this site it is a huge rip off & con & I do know a company whos investigating how they trade & how they hide info untill u bought from them

STAY AWAY. If they refuse to give you your money back, file an online complaint with The Better Business Bureau. You WILL get your money back if you do that. That is how this scaming company keeps it's "A rating.

If you 'opt-out' by the 5th of the month you will NOT be charged. You can use your credit at any time.

Yes you get charged every month for being a member! It's ridiculous! It took me a lot of complaints before I got some money back and never got it all back! They never explained this to me when I signed up either!
