Hi, I purchased a Juno boat neck pullover from The shops at Wisconsin Place in Chevy Chase, Md and I am extremely disappointed with the quality.
I bought 2 cardigans around 2-3 months ago. They're both pilling already. I wore them 4 x each. Can I return an item for poor quality past 90 days?
I've noticed that the clothes in their store are sometimes smaller (same size) than the ones ordered online. Why is that?

Well, Phillip, because women (and men?) keep wearing their clothes. You complain but you keep buying. What incentive do you give them to change?! Whose fault is it now?
