Hi i have order minecraft the latest village n nether each 2boxe (limited 2 boxes per item) so total 4 boxes by express probity mail which take 3 to 5 day n cost me usd 70++ for just only shipping fee. this morning when we received my son open up in the parcel there only 2 boxes. i call up the bank to check the transaction it said j! xn have deducted total 4boxes price which is stated in the invoice but only send 2 boxes. being trying to send email to the custom service but still no reply from them. very sad n disappointed with their service. Do you have a phone number I can contact you and talk directly to? Is Jinx the official licence holder for Minecraft products for Canadian clients? Apparently, some Canadian stores cannot get Minecraft products. If you are not the official license holder for Minecraft products in Canada, please let me know who is so that I can contact them. Any help is greatly appreciated.( I am doing this for my daughter as she is an avid Minecraft gamer and wants t-shirts and they cannot be purchased here.
