I have a dress ordered, custom. IZI sent an email with pictures that the lace did not dye right and if this pic was ok they would send right away, and if not to allow ten more days to do it over and that I would receive it in 13-15 days. After reading these reviews, which I wish I had seen before I ordered, I am honestly very nervous. This is for my sons wedding, I think I shall call my credit card company and dispute this and cancel my order befor it is sent

Cancel your order while you can! Any of these positive comments are lies! This company should be sued! Do yourself a favor, go online to Dillard's. Order several dresses. Keep the one you want and return the others to the store! That's what I did after making the mistake of ordering from this company!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are a scam! My mom tried to order a dress for my wedding and it came back so horrible! Looked NOTHING like the photo. When you call, the number doesnt work and when you email, they dont speak a lick of English. They are located somewhere in Asia and claim that they dont refund because "it beautiful dress. Mae jus for yuu. Maybe yu can give to fren if yu no like." I hate these people with a passion! I wouldnt wish that dress on my worst enemy. It was supposed to be a soft pink and with the dress they sent my mom, she would have looked like an Easter Peep at my wedding. $#*!TY material too. I wouldnt sell that dress at a garage sale for 5$.

I hope your dress turns out well. Note that a credit card dispute at this time may be unsuccessful since at this time, the vendor has done nothing to warrant not getting paid. If you are not satisfied with current die say so and allow them to get it right. Do keep in mind that color matches most often are not guaranteed. I had a custom dress made by Custom Dream Gowns in Harrisburg, PA. I sent photo of dress. They sent me color swatches. I selected color and they made dress. It took longer than the promised 45 days because of snow storms. Otherwise it would have been finished on time. Best wishes to you!

I totally agree with Carol. I ordered what I thought would be the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding. I ordered a blue dress and it came as a fuschia color and two sizes too large. I tried to call their customer service and tried to email them to no avail. NO one ever answered the phone or returned my emails. I did not wear it to the wedding, but ordered another dress from Nordstroms I would look at Nordstrom. It is an American company (I think) but they are very reasonable and have a no questions asked return policy.

I wouldn't trust this company or pay them one cent. I took my dress (not even worn) to a consignment shop and they wouldn't take it. Your choice. I pray if you do go with it, it works for you. I know how important it is to feel beautiful on that special day.
