I need to know how to hard print the magazine... do you cover that in your service? How much is it. Why don't they have a customer service number?

There's no one to call. You have to email them. A response can take as long as a week. Yes, there is a charge. If you click on the publication to read it, you should see a "print" icon. Roll over it and you should see a dollar amount of whatever currency you are using. I've never tried it so I don't know what else is involved.
