I only subscribe as a member for one month march 26 to april 26. how come international cupid just automatically renew my membership for another next month? how can i cancel my membership so that internationalcupid will not charge me again next month?

You have to go to settings and change from auto renew to no auto renew. And you have to do it every month! But there are many more similar "surprises". I have been trying to get in contact with international cupid asking why was my account terminated and they never got back to me, i emailed them numerous times and never get a reply. i wanted to join international cupid and i can't because they suspended my account when i didn't violate any term of use.

Unfortunately, the answer is "No." When I joined International Cupid - and they stated they have other member sites - I thought I could use my subscription to go to Filipino Cupid. NOPE! I was required to sign-up again. That to me is just wrong.

Click the cog next to your profile picture, then select the billing information tab (it will be set to auto renew), select auto renew off. I can't be absolutely sure because I'm no longer a member and therefore I don't see that option.
