The problem is clear, id.me knew before they signed that contact with the state(which entailed lots of money) they were under staff and knew or should have known they would be unable to keep up with the demand that would surely follow... But GREED is the problem on there behave and people trying to get "Help" suffer from and wait and no customer service and no support and even get replies from a computer. Yes a computer about delays. They should have never took on this responsibility knowing they were incapable of support or the knowledge to resolve the issue.
