Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
I just transferred $95.05 to my paypal for the first time. I've had the app for about a month and a half. The trick is to make SURE you have the correct Ibotta password you used when you installed the app and the correct password to your PayPal account after you have linked it to Ibotta. It went super smooth but if you put in the wrong password on either it will not go through (nor should it).
You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
I noticed I received a email saying my account is locked to sign in. I thought why? So I signed in my account ( not on the link they sent me) and there wasn't anything wrong with my account Also my PayPal account was saying the same thing. ( Actually this has happened a few times') but when I went in my account there wasn't any problems. Like what's up with this! Odd. So heads up there is scammers out there to get your information when you sign in on that link. So please beware.!
