Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Why cat you just take a photo of your receipt and get the rebate for what you bought rather than only getting a rebate for what they decide

Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!

Did anyone got their account lock out when when withdraw funds from ibotta?

Answer:

I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

I can't withdraw my cash to pay pal. every time i try to do so, it say that the info doesn't match? how can i withdraw my accumulated cash?

Answer:

I just transferred $95.05 to my paypal for the first time. I've had the app for about a month and a half. The trick is to make SURE you have the correct Ibotta password you used when you installed the app and the correct password to your PayPal account after you have linked it to Ibotta. It went super smooth but if you put in the wrong password on either it will not go through (nor should it).

Did not get the amount credited to my account although it said i would. cheated me out of $3.00.

Answer:

You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.

Have yet to get help with support for my acct being linked with paypal and venmo and requesting withdrawal it locked my acct.

Answer:

I noticed I received a email saying my account is locked to sign in. I thought why? So I signed in my account ( not on the link they sent me) and there wasn't anything wrong with my account Also my PayPal account was saying the same thing. ( Actually this has happened a few times') but when I went in my account there wasn't any problems. Like what's up with this! Odd. So heads up there is scammers out there to get your information when you sign in on that link. So please beware.!

Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

They did not lock my out. They were changing the way they were doing it. And in that time between them switching & my trying to get my end covered they coincided. It wasn't anyone's fault I don't believe
