Because this is a typical scam site. Many people, myself included, got scammed the same way you did. All the reviews are most likely fake to trick people into trusting the business.

I did not get any steps from htcunlockingservice to unlock my htc one e8-sprint us though i have received the code. can any one help? i dont get the prompt in my device to enter the unlock code!

I have waited since last december to receive update code. after all these months, it is time to refund the cost back to me. my email is powen1@yahoo.com you should have my record in the file.

I've paid 26 in total for a code i am still waiting for. and now the fake agent who is chatting ignores me! are there people with similar experience?
