Yes they are. No they aren't helpful. I asked to speak with supervisor was put on hold and then was told that they would have to have one call me back and they never did

They are that bad for property owners. They gouge renters with high fees and also property owners. They have a lock on the market and if there was a good alternative we'd all go.
