How do i track what is happening to my repair? i fedxed my hearing aids 28 august.today is 17 september.i haven't had an email or any notification

Have audibel anthem plus platinum cics. 7 years old. work poorly. may need microphone & speakers and overall refurbishing to bring up to standards.
