Answer:

One can hope the FEDS would shut them down you and every one else that uses them is in serious peril from the web site owners. They are the most unethical people you will find, In for the quick buck and non existant customer service. PLEASE try other sites to conduct your legitamite business on GB stinks.

I would absolutely look locally, ask a policeman where they would recommend you shop or google gun dealers in your area and then check the reviews. Under "no" circumstance would I suggest you do anything with GunBroker except delete, block and ignore. Run form them. Integrity does not exist here. My guns were withdrawn within a week or so of listing and now almost a year later they are still trying to access funds from my credit card. These people are not to be trusted with your personal financial information. Unless of course you enjoy drama, problems and working with people of questionable ethics.

I recently liquidated my firearms collection on gb.com. whenever a winning bidder decided to be a non-paying buyer, and i had five of them during the course of my liquidation, i immediately relisted and sold the item. i refused to use or participate in their (bs) non-paying bidder resolution mechanism. when i was done selling all my goods, i precisely computed what i owed, and disputed through my issuing bank, all the fees associated with the non-paying bidders. holy smoke! they didn't like that tactic. too bad! if they had taken the time to read and understand the detailed explanation i posted using the resolution issue feature, they would not have made erroneous charges to my credit card without my authorization. conclusion? they're such a big operation now; they don't have to address customer concerns any longer. hey, who cares about a few dissatisfied customer's when there are hundreds more to take their place, right? oh yeah, i didn't mention that two of those non-paying bidders turned out to be lunatics, one of which stalked me and my auctions. crazy is as crazy does. Answer:

I paid my seller within hours but he did not like the closing bid so he added a to high shipping. He relisted and sold for more $ and GB branded me a non payer.

Answer:

GB treated me poorly (did not even want to hear my side of an issue) and sided with the seller because the seller, who was in the wrong, had spent a lot of money with GB. This is how America operates.
