I'm hoping to order two sennheiser xsw1 lav setups from Guitar Center. How is their customer service and reliability with new equipment?

I bought an amp from them 2 weeks ago. After 5 days of "Processing" I got an email saying that my purchase was cancelled. I called customer service and they told me that they no longer have the item in stock - why the heck would they put it up online if they don't have that item in stock? I checked the site again the next day and the amp is again available for sale. This company is run by a bunch of scam artists!

I would personally advise against any purchases from guitar center. My personal experience speaking to you. Customer and product support is almost non-existent..

Terrible - I'd suggest you try anyplace else that sells the same equipment.
My recent buying experience was terrible - no proper policy on refunds or remediation on a bad product

Once they get your money, they don't care... Go elsewhere
