what is your return and refund policy if the merchandise is not as advertise?

Hi Hoa. Thanks for contacting us and considering Glyde! If the item is not-as-described in the listing, let us know through the email you received upon delivery and initiate the return. Please inspect and let us know within 72 hours of delivery. We'll send you a pre-addressed, pre-stamped shipping kit for the return. Simply put your item in the kit, drop it in the mail, and you're done. You'll have your money back for the item in a few days.
