Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend

It is a legitimate site and most people are happy with it. But I'm not one of them. They incorrectly flagged my valid credit card as suspect and utterly refused to help me. So I filed complaints about them.

I say go for it. We are a business that bought 7 used iPads. We only had a technical problem with one, which was resolved considerately and justly by Glyde. The rest of them are great. Wise purchases.

I have nothing bad to say about glyde. I have been buying and selling through them for about 3-4 years now. If there's a problem they will work it out with you. The timeframe for shipping is never going to be as good as amazon or buying from a store but you can find really good deals.

I would never buy through them again. The iPhone I purchased for my oldest son arrived with half the memory advertised (16 vs 32) and arrived in 4 weeks, versus the one week delivery time promised. The only recourse was to send it back, wait for a delayed refund, and start over again so I kept it. Glyde never addressed the issues, just kept responding with generic/template responses - very frustrating. The next used iPhone I ordered was through a highly rated seller on EBay. It was less expensive and arrived on time as promised and was exactly what I ordered. I would order through EBay, never Glyde.

I have only successfully sold on this site, so yes they're actual sellers. Word of advice I waited two months for a dead, broken phone and got the same phone for the same price on Craigslist the day I received the phone and it's perfect.

It worked 80% of the time. Most of the sellers cross-post on eBay or other platforms, and they deploy the item wherever it sells first or where it sells for the most money, depending on their urgency to sell the item.

Many times, I purchased items on Glyde that the seller couldn't fulfill, but Glyde still held on to my money for several weeks without any updates. Overall, Glyde is only as legit as its sellers. Lately, the sellers have been VERY flaky.

Steer clear from Glyde if you're buying high-priced tech items like phones or tablets, but for low-priced games, it's not that big a risk. I found that it was more prudent and cheaper to get used games from Gamefly, Gamestop and Best Buy. Every month they seem to have fairly competitive specials on used games.

Dont do it, read the reviews, out of every 1 good situation there are 50 bad ones. I got screwed on my order and personally will never use em again for anything

Site seems great for sellers. I was a buyer, never got the phone and got no help whatsoever from Glyde. Worthless and would never use again
