on 2/18/161/3 of the reviews are 1 star. That speaks volumes. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere. I have had stellar experiences with Amazon's customer service. Good luck.
I didn't have a good experience so I can't recommend it. That being said, if the site is secure and you use a credit card, you have a measure of protection. The credit card company will usually stand behind you if you are dissatisfied with a purchase.
They take their time with shipping too.
Not sure what a surface pro is but i purchased a cell phone which i was aware it was a used device which by the way was in excellent condition although i expected to be a little scratched up cause i chose good condition but it was excellent upon arrival the only thing i wasnt able to get the phone transfered to my carrier because i was jailbroke by cricket carrier and although it was orginally a sprint phone becuase it had been jailbroke sprint was not able to transfer or figure out why it wasnt able to be transfered at any rate contact glyde and the sent me a reurn box and i was credited back my money woth no problem and they worked really quick and i purchased another phone with no problem so my advice is when you recieve your item just check it out for all errors just as you would do anything used and even if its new remember glyde is only a company u are actually buying products from everyday joes
^ agreed honestly word for word haha
Honestly, I wouldn't. You won't know the condition of the item until you receive it and even then they only give you 72 hours to let them know if there is something wrong with the item. I would go another route, maybe use a different service. There's a reason why there are a lot of bad reviews.
