want to book for a vacation in Feb 2019 but leary of paying all up front. Seems like a good price but will there be any extra fees once we are there?

If you would like, we could have a reservations representative call you to make your reservation and clarify any extra fees. If you would like that, please send an email to CustomerService@getaroom.com and advise a phone #. Please do not post a phone # to this section as it could be viewed as public. Or, if you are already booked, you can refer to your confirmation receipt for any notations of possible extra fees or what is included in your rate. Thank you,

The hotel may change room type and neither Getaroom or the hotel will want to refund.
