on 8/2/15Wow! These reviews are great help! $#*! geek buddy
Not a chance: not today, not tomorrow, not ever.
I agree with Mary Jane O. I would not recommend and if anyone recommends just say l´d do it myself and be better
I would not recommed them at all. Being an IT guy myself working for the largest private network in the world, I gave them a spin because I didn't want to take the time to fix the issue myself and was beyond disappointed. It was a major "assume the user doesn't know what they are doing" scam. They might as well have told me my blinkers needed fluid. Or that I had dirty check bits that needed cleaning. It was horrible.
Never in a million years you $#*! thanks. Because why would anyone. If you think that's gonna happen then you couldn't be more of a dumbass.
Zero chance. I just spent 30 minutes cleaning the last remnants of this malware form my registry manually.
I went to them thinking what the hell there maybe something to get comodo to run on my system. As in the past it never would work properly. This guy asked if he can gain access to my system said sure ( I have NOTHING of any real value on it in any case) he immediately goes to the event log and shows me all kinds of errors stated that those are what's causing my system to slow down asked how much$$ will it cost to fix? Told me $99 said forget it then he said 1x fix for 59.99$. Told him forget it I will just have it formatted by one of my techies. If they are associated with comodo, that gives me a bad taste about comodo as well. Will uninstall it as well.
I would not recomment them at all. After they "cleaned" my computer I had more problems than I did before. It is just a big waste of money in my opinion. I had the hardest time trying to get them to refund my money as they had a 30 day refund policy. I had to threaten to go to the BBB and the Atorney General.
