I used to host my website on FreeServers. My site got hacked and I couldn't get any real help from them. After being without a site for over a year (I still had my domain name), I signed up with a new web hosting site. I paid to renew my domain name with FreeServers and it has been over 72 hours, and I still don't have access to it. I have had this domain name for over 10 years and I can't buy it from anyone else. I am hoping that this issue will be resolved, since FreeServers has my money, but won't allow me access to the domain name. It would be extremely inconvenient to have to buy another domain name from a different company due to this issue. I have called FreeServers 3 times and each time I call I get some vague promise of a resolution in 24 - 48 hours, but nothing happens. I call back and get the same story from every department. Has anyone else had problems like this? How did you solve them?

I tried my web sight last month and they told me my sight was still there but i had to migrate it to the new domain cause 8k.com name had changed to some new domain. So i migrated my entire sight over and i cant remember the new domain name.
