No Way! I hope you haven't given them your credit card yet. If so, you will have to change it. They will go into your account even if you cancel it. Don't do it!

Trustworthy? Cust service is bad, make that terrible almost nonexistent. The service is carried by sprint but was very hit or miss when not connected via wireless to a network. If you will always be in a city or connected to a network via wireless internet, this will probably work for you but do not count on it on a rural road. We cancelled service before the money back guarantee ran out. We now go with a company called page plus which uses Verizon. It is a little more expensive, but very reliable where we are at and the phone was less expensive for the exact same model Galaxy IV. Freedom Pop cellular did not work for me.

A company this bad on customer service and the service itself would be enough for me to say Goodbye!. It was the worst experience ive had with a company. Trustworthy? Well not sure what kind of trust you are talking about. I wouldnt trust them with being dependable, curteous, getting answers. Etc. I spent so much time writing to them and calling them about my phone never working and the worst battery ever. My phone drained in 5-6 hours every day. It really never worked. And customer service did not care. I sent the phone back to Groupon which is where this company advertised their deal. I just now got a free smart phone from budgetmobile.com, because i qualify being on medical. Free talk and text and phone. And the phone is great. Worked right away and battery is still almost fully charged after 4 days. Hope this helped. I would waste your time or energy with freedompop. Way too many bad reviews
