i had a problem similar to the above. I signed up and found continued auto payments. I assumed I had made an oversight but now I am not so sure. I now think they may have altered my instructions as normally I am very carefull about such matters. They continue to notify me of possible leads that are never correct.
Caveat emptor
Are they reputable? What is their standing with professional genealogists?
