Hello Karim, I can only speak based on my own experience. I ordered 2 tickets for Real Madrid several months before the game. Like you I was a little nervous, especially as the formal advice is to only use official web-sites. However, my tickets were delivered to the hotel in Madrid the day befor I arrived. They were exactly in the area that I'd asked for and they were completely legit. The communication from the company was faultless and the whole process was carried out exactly as promised on their web-site. I would use them again.
