I came here to read reviews after I had a horrible experience with Finish Line 2 years ago. I'm reading all these reviews and realize mine wasn't at all an isolated incident and they still don't have it together. My question is rhetorical but has anyone filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission? All these negative reviews aren't doing anything but the FTC can shut them down. Filing a report is easy at ftc.gov/complaint (ftc dot gov / complaint, in case the link I posted gets blocked by this website)
