When I was on your sight and had problems, I asked for help, not on SiteJabber, but with you on my account, and you wait months and for me to post on SiteJabber before you respond. I never had problem on any other sites or downloading, you guys suck and have attitudes and are not helpful to your clients that pay you!

I WANT TO SIGN UP FOR BOTH YOUR PREMIUM AND VIP PROGRAMS. I HAVE BEEN READING AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO GET AND HOW TO GET IT ALL NIGHT. BUT NOW THATS FIGURED OUT I HAVE A PROBLEM. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PLAY RAR AND ZIP FILES OR UNPACK THEM.! OR AT LEAST BY THAT NAME OR DESCRIPTION. DO YOU CLICK ON A PICTURE LET IT DOWNLOAD TO YOUR COMPUTER THEN OPEN IT? OR WHAT? I SPENT OVER 30 HOURS USING OR TRYING TO USE FILESMONSTER ( not your problem. I know) BUT I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM... I REALLY! REALLY! REALLY! WANT TO SIGN-UP WITH FAPGARDEN ASAP BUT I NEED SOME VERSION OF """FAPGARDEN FOR DUMMIES""" I DON'T KNOW WHAT A RAR or ZIP FILE WITH CLIPS IN THEM IS OR HOW TO UNZIP THEM... IS IT THAT HARD TO EXPLAIN? ALSO WHAT IS A SEED-LEAF -AND BUNDLE? AND DO YOU NEED A SITE LIKE XXXXX FILESMONSTER XXXX TO BE ABLE TO USE OR DECIFER YOUR SITE? BECAUSE I ONLY GET SHORT ANSWERS THAT EXPLAIN NOTHING ABOUT MY QUESTIONS---OVER AND OVER. FROM THEM AND I PAY THEM $34.00 (and again not your problem but i have only been able to download and play 3 videos in three months with them, it was supposed to have over 10,000 videos so). CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHO MIGHT EXPLAIN TO ME EXACTLY HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND PLAY THE DOWLOADED VIDEOS FROM YOUR SITE. Why, when I tried to get with you when I had the problem that you wait 2 months to answer. I asked for help from you before I asked pay pal to help get a refund because you would never reply. You never relied to pay pal for 30 days is why I got my refund. This is the first I've heard from Fapgarden. That's great service waiting to months to reply, I'm really impressed!
