I tried and tried to sign up for the free trial packages. After I would enter my card information, it would say "reviewing your order" or whatever it is with the loading heart thing. And thing it would bump be back to the starting page where you enter your email and password. Is this something I should be concerned about? I haven't received a confirmation email saying it went through or any email saying it didn't or notice for anything at all! I have no clue what's going on. Or if I should try it again? Or if my card is being charged every time I try to do it? Someone please help, I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
