I like Souq.com. Excellent service. But the decision for buying expensive products online is yours. I think getting it in person is best. Online shopping has disadvantages that u cant see and feel the products as u would if u were there. Souq is reliable in my opinion and experience. I buy and return damaged( food processor was cracked) products without problems. They have been exceptionally helpful and polite and fast in all cases.

It has been more than 8 years i have been buying from souq.com 90% via credit card( different cards). I feel safe. I use credit card because you pay less with credit cards and there is also cash bank from the banks. I use my cards wisely:)
I bought many electronic items from souq.
Beware. Lower price of any product should not attract you.

These people are not smart. Usually online websites arent good for electronics and everyone should know that still they spend there money and use there credit cards. You can use this website for inexpensive items however DO NOT use credit card details :) u can chose the cash on delivery items.
