Yes they send authentic original product what they show. In today's no one can cheat you if you are equipped with right information, I bought many electronics i found s6, s6 edge, iphone 6. Note 5 all original seals and never activated.
See people misunderstand certain features like this is a public platform i mean souq anyone can upload any thing but what i have seen is their system deletes automatically once it is read in the systematic flow. I always advise my buyers that you can always pre heck all the info of your phone once it is in your hands. You can always call samsung uae, apple store, blackberry local service / call center etc and get your item varified. And as a buyer you are always safe as you can return the item in 3 days if you find any issues with it. I have come across buyers who damage the item and claim it was already damaged and then it takes time to resolve and find out what really happened.
Believe me as a seller i have come across many buyers who cheat and remove the important part of any electronics and return claiming it was missing. Trust me at times buyers on any website cheat.
