Why let me order for mums birthday on tuesday for delivery today sat 10th you conformed this a text has come to me saying will be delivered sunday
Why was my delivery for worldofpets@hotmail.ca not delivered. I have used your service before? No delivery or refund has been offered.

Ordered same received something totally different.
Emailed customer service.
There reply. They match the colour,
So basically no problem.
Disgusting customer service.
