My e-cigarette does not blow out smoke anymore, even when I charge it. The tip lights up but when I charge it nothing comes on or goes out. What is wrong with this issue.

I called cigs today and they assured me that if I canceled the day before my trial ended, they would not charge me. They said after I canceled they would instruct me on how to return it. I don't like it. When I puff on it the oil comes out of the seam where it connects And some of it gets in my mouth. It's pretty disgusting! I'm so glad I read everyone's reviews because I never check my bank statements and I'd never have known. Thanks for all your feedback!
