I am a current tenant of this company. Their customer service is disgusting. When I first met the staff in their office I discovered this straight away. The Internet has been broken in our property for 2 weeks. All of the tenant who live in this property have contacted them daily via email and phonecalls to have this problem repaired but they just say that "they are waiting to hear from their repair man". I have been told that they say this to all tenants living in their properties. They have a online service which they tell you to log on to to report any problems, however, it does not work! There is a fault on the web page which does not allow you to send the information and they will not fix this. There is a emergency contact number written on the contract, however, no one answers the telephone. It is always switched off and the voicemail says "leave a message". They never respond to this.
