Now doing business in the US in Ft Lauderdale. They need to be shutdown

We had tried this without success over several months. The answer was basically buyer beware from all agencies. Hopefully from our misfortune others will avoid a similar situation.

Nice idea. I think reporting the various Offices to the local Trading Standards would get them closed down more quickly.
They really are atrocious.
