Dropbox support is difficult to deal with. Sneaky employer set my personal Dropbox acct to my work email. I no longer have that job and will not be given access to my old work email. I personally paid for extra storage space for this personal DB acct that my employer used as the companies own. I have many times tried to change my email address but the auto reset is sent on to my old email address. It has taken numerous attempts at getting help. Customer Support has will tell you they have no knowledge of how to do this and refers back to the help guide. Wow, my email does not work and there is no way to change it to come to a new one. After a week of trying I have finally found someone to give me an email. Hopefully someone answers. When I am through with this run around and all the frustration with Dropbox, we will see if I stay. Old adage is 1 happy customer tells 1 person 1 unhappy customer tells 10... with the social media these "unhappy customer tell all"
