All I can say is what a bunch of scammers. I am in a dispute with them through my bank who are going to recover my funds from them. Never ever ever again!. This experience with them has made me sick to the stomach. They should be reported for fraud and closed down. End of!

We had the same problem, you don't actually realised they are not in the UK until you place the order, which is deceitful! I questioned this and have had no answer. We paid £30 extra as we needed it quickly for a wedding. There were 2 things wrong a) it was 2 small b) doesn't look anything like the photo! Since then, they ignored all emails, and then keep saying that I must have made a mistake with the measurements! It's a complete pharce, basically they have £90 of my money for a dress that cannot be worn. When we ordered it, it was a dress that could have been worn for other occasions, but the actual result was horrendous! It's become obvious that the website photos aren't theirs and all they do is create badly made replicas using cheap material! Keep the message going that this site is a rip off!
