I received an email from them about an open position that I am really leary about. Especially because the person who signed the email was not the same person who sent it to me. As well as they want to set up a web chat and want me to be available for almost the whole day. I went to their website and I don't see a job opening for this position. What do you guys think?

Stay away! I started with them around 10/10 cost me well over £1400 original quote was £300. Your site will always have bugs and never complete. TARUN ARORA will break the site on purpose so you have to hire him again. The complaint procedure is to avoid questions but tell you yes in a couple of days it will be sorted. 2 months later still being avoided. I can not stress enough STAY WELL AWAY

Darren I am sorry that you appear to have been disappointed with the service provided by Dotsquares. Unfortunately I have been unable to trace any client with a forename of 'Darren' and a surname starting with a 'D'. If you contact me at admin@dotsquares.com I will investigate your claim and respond. As a service industry we value all our customers and endeavour to provide an efficient but also cost effective solution to meet our clients' needs

I just paid to have an app developed and I was told 7-10 days. I explained that this deadline was very important and I was assured this would be no problem. 4 days into the deal I am told that I need "web service" set up to make the thing functional and asked if I wanted that service. In addition, I was told that another programmer would have to be brought on to get it done in time. Plus I was informed by Robert (who was nasty, rude, antagonistic and who told me that he wouldn't let me speak to anyone who could resolve the issue and that he was not going to resolve the issue unless I submitted to him, ugh!) Clearly they knew this from the beginning. So why would you take a project and then not do what it takes to make it work. I agree with Darren D., they set it up to get more out of you. Apparently they don't realize that if they provide a good service they will get more money out of you because you will continuously bring them projects. The most disturbing thing about this was the misogynistic tone with which Robert spoke to me. He spoke like someone trying to dominate me! He was so nasty, unhelpful and belligerent that it was ridiculous. I cannot believe that any company would have someone like that work for them. It seemed to me like he was trying to over compensate for a lack of power in his personal life by trying to excercise power over me. What a coward! He wanted to play a phone game since he is thousands of miles away. I bet he would not have been that nasty face to face. His disrespect was overwhelmingly bad. I have 17 friends who are business owners who have been waiting to hear about my experience to decide if they want to use dotsquares service and now I have to tell them that I apparently got scammed. Legitmate companies rectify situations in an amicable manner and they treat people with respect. They should have addressed the programmer and then put an additional person on the project free of charge (or taken the pay from the lazy programmer). But instead, Robert the Almighty sat on the phone trying to antagonize me, telling me that nothing would be done unless I submitted to him! And he defended the programmer and told me I was to blame for everything without even listening to me to find out what the problem was. Further more, he apparently thinks its okay that its 4 days into the project and this person has only worked on it for 10 hours. So to him, it's okay for a consumer to pay for 32 hours of work and receive only 10! Horrible experience. Horrible! The only decent person there seems to be Bankim. I am hoping he can rectify the problem. I will give you an update on what happens so you know whether this was a mishap or if you should just run from this company!
