on 4/14/15Trawl through the many other similar complaints and you might find someone who has found a solution. Many people have inadvertently ticked (or failed to tick) a box on the Doctoc site and have had the same experience, it seems. I downloaded one document and was fortunately charged only once. The document purported to be a full workshop manual but it was only a PDF of a freely-available book. In trying to get my money back I ran into a maze of different set-ups and people with different email addresses. All appeals failed and I never got a refund. Research other victims' stories - and how about blocking further payments via your bank or card company? Good luck.
