I had my dress and it was gorgeous maybe I was lucky but from start to finish everything was perfect arrived in tint custom measurements spot on couldn't fault anything if I'm honest

I've had no issues with this company. I ordered 8 bridesmaids dresses, giving them alterations for each dress and measurements and they did a great job, asked loads of questions before commencing the job to ensure they had all the information they needed and the dresses arrived earlier than expected and we're great.

They sent me the wrong dress the wrong size when asked for a refund they completely refused told me the dress they sent was beautiful and to send it to a seamstress to put it right. Also told me to sell it on ebay to get some money back. Awful company was stupid as I didn't read the reviews before I orederd.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter 11 yrs old, gave all the sizes and I came on time and it fitted perfectly... I needn't have worried, the online support was excellent too.

I already did. It was awful. They still are not refunding me. Just stole my money.
