There are multiple stores in Indianapolis. My wife and I were leaving for Alabama the next day and she had a nail in her tire (the car we were taking), I got on their website and found an available time slot that day - free repair and we're on the road.
Easy, but the same as the Manager---no resolve or care.
Very easy! Typically I call my local store if I have a problem, but they do have an 800 number. 1 (800)-385-3322
