I placed an order about an hour ago and just noticed you charged my credit card $700 instead of $70! This needs to be adjusted ASAP!

There was indeed an error made when charging this customer's card and the moment she notified us of the error the charge to her card was voided and we did her entire order for FREE to make up for the mistake. We would NEVER intentionally overcharge someone, this was simply a case of our accounting clerk typing too quickly.

I never had a problem with them charging too much
