YES YES YES! Cuszoom is the worst company ever! They delievered a damaged Poker table top, we sent it back. Paid extra by the way to get early shipping. It will be a year tomorrow and still no refund. I call weekly and told Jessica will call me, and Jo Anne is rude and mean. Just be honest say we will not replace it, not our distributor had cancer, Jessica's mom had a heart attach, and the many other lame reasons I have got. That is just sick.

I ordered a pool table from there two months ago and I have yet to receive it. They won't answer my calls. Has anyone experienced this and NOT received a table or did you eventually get it? I am thinking about reversing the charges and filing a fraudulent claim with the bank. It is absurd! No one will call me back. I call them almost everyday... noooo response. Its very frustrating. I don't understand how they are still in business! HELP PLEASE!

I hear you but I waited a while for my order but at least I got it and I am sure you got your order too! I guess when you order a custom product it can take pretty long but they do have in stock dining pool tables you can order now! BONUS
